The Company was founded in 1892. It started from a small logging mill. As years passed by, so did the Company, having actively been developing. As a logical continuation, the business went over to carpentry – the Company started to manufacture joists and boards. An own manufactory was later established to produce various wood products, thus we achieved a complete cycle – from logging to product manufacture for customers throughout Italy. It took almost 12 years of intense and laborious work of all employees.

Nowadays MarioBoni is a modern conglomerate company. As always, its business is logging, production of wood products and furniture manufacture. By 2005 the furniture manufacture share made up more than 50% of Company’s turnover.
